₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Eastwood Township seems high, not gonna lie. We're upgrading for the kids and my wife's priority is a good neighbourhood with decent schools nearby. Embassy Group ka project dekha hai wahan, prices are steep but location accha lag raha hai. Meri wife ko safety aur kids ke liye parks chahiye. But is it actually worth it? Matlab, real resident life wahan kaisa hai? Are the schools good for admission, aur safety for children raat ko bhi? My main concern is if prices are justified for the actual amenities and daily living experience for a family. Koi rehta hai wahan? What's the community's honest opinion? Should we stretch for Eastwood ya fir kahin aur dekhein for a 3BHK? Kya negotiation possible hai in prices par?
