They promised possession by 2020 end, but we finally got it in mid-2022. The quality was decent, no major complaints there, but the delay was a huge headache. We had planned our finances accordingly, and the extra rent payments really hurt. Just be very careful with their timelines, especially for SCO plots where market conditions can change fast.

Aap bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Official RERA date usually later hoti hai than what they quote initially to lure buyers. Mera ek dost Baharampur Naya mein ek project dekh raha tha, usko bhi builder ne 2023 bola, but RERA mein 2025 nikla. It's a common tactic. Always cross-check with the RERA website directly using the RERA number. Don't rely solely on marketing materials. This EBD 99 Nxt ka RERA number GGM/525/257/2021/93 DATED 24.12.2021 hai, aur usme toh 2026-08-01 hi hai.
Jo original post mein August 2024 ki baat ho rahi hai, but maine Propmyna pe check kiya, toh EBD 99 Nxt ki possession date 2026-08-01 dikha raha hai. Yeh itna bada gap kyun hai? Builder kuch aur bol raha hai, website kuch aur?
