Dekho, green space aur parking ka issue toh common hai. Best hai ki aap site visit frequently karte raho. Jab bhi jao toh construction progress, especially common areas aur amenities ka progress check karo. Sirf sales office ki baaton pe mat jao. Aur haan, jo U6 ne pucha tha progress ke baare mein, site visit se hi pata chalega sahi picture.
2028-12-01 ka possession date sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Builders ki history dekhi hai maine. 2028 ka bolenge aur 2030 tak bhi complete nahi hoga. Mera ek friend Akurdi mein stuck hai aise hi ek project mein.

Builders bas paisa le lete hain aur phir construction slow kar dete hain. Eisha 33 ke total units 133 hain, agar sabko saath mein delay kiya toh kitni families affect hongi.
Open area ka promise toh sab karte hain. Pichle saal main Sinhagad Road pe ek project dekh raha tha, unhone bhi bade bade claims kiye the kids' play area ke liye. Jab site visit kiya toh bas ek chota sa patch tha, surrounded by construction material. Builders ka trust factor bahut low ho gaya hai. Eisha 33 ka bhi same pattern lag raha hai.
Eisha 33 ka price range ₹95 L – ₹1.4 Cr hai. Pune market mein abhi prices kaafi high chal rahe hain, especially for a project jo abhi tak ongoing hai aur possession mein itna time hai. Is range mein toh aur bhi options mil sakte hain with better amenities, par open area ka issue har jagah hai.

Parking ka toh poora lottery system hi hai yaar. Builder bolta hai allocated, par possession ke time bolte hain 'first come, first serve' ya 'extra charge'.
