Ekdant FNG vs Investors Aashiyana Glory: Which is better?
Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between Ekdant FNG (ready) and Investors Aashiyana Glory. Glory is pricier, but what's the ROI like? Has anyone experienced price appreciation in either project? Which location is better in terms of connectivity to the metro? Also, what are the maintenance charges like in both? What do you think about construction quality? Mujhe advice chahiye!

I visited both projects last year. Ekdant FNG felt a bit old, as expected for a 2018 possession. The flats are functional, but common areas need some upkeep. Glory, on the other hand, felt very modern and premium. The amenities were top-notch. But the price difference was huge. Agar aapka budget ₹44L tak hai, then Ekdant FNG works. But for Glory, you're looking at least ₹60-70L for a comparable unit. ROI depends on your holding period, but immediate appreciation in either is unlikely given current market conditions in Noida Extension.
Glory ka RERA number check kiya kya? Aur Ekdant FNG ka possession 2018 ka hai, toh builder ne time pe diya tha ya delay hua tha? Ye bahut important hai. Connectivity wise, Alistonia Estate ke paas wale projects ki metro access thodi better hai, toh dekhna padega ki ye dono wahan se kitne dur hain.
Ekdant FNG GNDA Approved hai, toh legal side se tension nahi hai. But Glory ka RERA number is essential to verify. Market mein bahut builders ne promises kiye hain aur deliver nahi kiya. Metro connectivity ke liye, I'd say check the upcoming lines too. Sometimes a slightly further project gets a new line in 5 years.
