Ekta Apartment

Ekta Apartment ka livability score high dikhta hai paper pe, but real life mein kya scene hai? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, sab achha lag raha hai. But amenities ka kya, gym aur pool actually use hote hain ya bas showpiece hain? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools aur markets kitne paas hain? My parents keep saying location matters most. Not sure if it's genuinely a good home. Kya lagta hai aap logon ko?
