From my experience, completed projects often have a higher investor ratio initially, which can impact the RWA quality and overall society vibe. Everyone glorifies immediate possession, but nobody talks about the potential ghost society risk or appreciation plateauing faster. Tarun Vihar, though under-con, might attract more genuine end-users later. Change my mind.
