Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek colleague ka Conscient ke Basai wale project mein bahut bura experience raha hai. Quality bhi compromise ki thi aur baad mein hidden charges bhi nikle. Builders like these always make me nervous, especially for such a big amount.
