Elan The Emperor parking allocation ki reality?
Sohna mein property dekh raha hoon for a while now. Kids toh ab bahar shift ho gaye, toh itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Our current place ka resale ho raha hai, so I'm looking for something manageable, low maintenance. Elan The Emperor ka brochure dekha tha, sab kuch accha lag raha tha but parking ka system samajh nahi aa raha. Agent bol raha hai lottery system hai for extra parking, ya fir bahut limited allocated hai. Matlab, ek car toh theek hai, but agar guests aaye ya second car ho toh kya hoga? Already booked flat ka ₹1.2 Cr price hai, usme bhi parking ki tension? Itna paisa deke bhi parking ke liye jhagda karna padega kya? Jin logon ne yahan liya hai, ya koi Elan ke dusre project mein rehta hai, unka kya experience hai parking ko leke? Is it a big headache? Ya kuch solution nikal jaata hai?

Bhai, Elan The Emperor mein ₹1.2 Cr? Are you sure? Inki toh price range ₹10.5 Cr se shuru hoti hai! Is this ₹1.2 Cr figure a typo, or are they launching some smaller units now? Agar ₹10.5 Cr mein bhi parking ki lottery hai toh this is ridiculous. Itna paisa deke bhi gaadi park karne ki tension? This is why I'm so nervous about buying in Gurugram, especially in Sohna. Har project mein koi na koi hidden issue nikal hi aata hai. It makes me rethink everything.
