Honestly not sure how to even approach this decision, even after working in real estate for years. I'm looking at Elan The Emperor in Sohna for myself, and I know what builders don't tell you. My main concern is the actual day-to-day living. Security systems, like visitor management aur guards, kya woh bas show-off hai ya properly function karte hain? Aur paani ka kya scene hai? Tanker se guzara karna padta hai ya reliable supply hai? Genuine feedback chahiye, please.

Elan The Emperor ke 300 units hain, imagine itne logon ke liye paani kahan se aayega. Builders promise underground water supply, but it's usually borewell dependent, which dries up. Aur security ke naam pe bas ek guard bitha dete hain jo har visitor ko andar jaane deta hai.
