Totally agree with the sentiment here. Mera bhi Elate Amazonia mein interest tha but unka previous project, Elate Towers in Alpha I Greater Noida, uska experience sunke himmat nahi hui. Bohot complaints the quality aur amenities ko leke. First-time buyer hu, risk nahi lena chahta.

Bhai, builder ka track record sach mein poor hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi inke ek project mein book kiya tha Alistonia Estate mein, same issue. Possession mila kya abhi tak Phase I ka?
