Eldeco Aamantran residents: What's your real experience with amenities?
Just 3 months in at Eldeco Aamantran, and I'm already seeing cracks. They promised full power backup for flats, but it's mostly just common areas. Also, the clubhouse facilities? Feels like half of them aren't even functional yet, or they're just ghost facilities. What's the deal with maintenance charges then? We're paying a lot, but service quality isn't matching up. Is this typical for Noida projects, or did I just get unlucky? Curious about others' experiences.

Yaar, Eldeco ka naam toh bada hai, but yeh sunke darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi Noida mein dekh rahe the, especially Alpha I Greater Noida ke aas paas. Kya builder sab aise hi karte hain? Maintenance charges toh sab jagah high lagte hain, but services agar na milein toh it's pure fraud.
Haan bhai, same to same. Mere friend ne bhi complain kiya tha Eldeco ke dusre project mein.
