Eldeco Ananda livability is highly overrated
Did a site visit to Eldeco Ananda on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Everyone glorifies the location, but yaar, the actual daily life, I'm not so sure. My budget is around ₹2.2 Cr, and I'm fed up of renting. This project is completed, which is a plus, but community vibe felt a bit isolated. Not seeing many kids playing outside. Schools nearby are okay, but commute to them during peak hours? Not sure it's ideal. Is it genuinely a good home ya sirf naam ka hai? Disagree? Tell me why.

I disagree. Eldeco Ananda is a solid, well-maintained society. My cousin lives there. Yes, it's older, but the construction quality is good. And the location, it's connected without being right in the middle of all the noise. The 72 units make it less crowded, which some people prefer. What kind of 'isolated' feeling are you talking about? Kids play in the parks inside the society, maybe not on the main roads.
I visited a friend there last year. The society itself was clean, and the common areas were well-kept. Maybe the original poster visited on an off day? Or maybe their expectations were different. It's a mature community, not a brand new, bustling one.

Bhai, 2007 ka possession hai, toh old toh lagega hi. But look at the price. ₹2.1-2.3 Cr is a lot for a place that needs upgrades. Noida mein aajkal is budget mein aur bhi options mil rahe hain, maybe a little further out but newer.
