Eldeco Compact: What's the real amenity experience?
Is Eldeco Compact Apartment actually good for daily living, or just looks nice in brochures? I'm currently in a 2BHK in GNIDA Sector Sigma 2, thinking of upgrading, but not sure if the price jump for a 3BHK here is worth it. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. How are the amenities, are they actually usable or just for show? And what about the neighborhood vibe, are there good schools nearby for kids?

For schools, like U9 mentioned, Cambridge and Father Agnel are solid. But the real test is seeing the actual flat and how much renovation it needs. Older projects sometimes have wear and tear.
