Eldeco Golf View Apartments

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm currently in a 2BHK but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Eldeco Golf View. It's completed, but I'm wondering about the investor angle. What's the actual capital appreciation been like since launch? Has the price really moved much from ₹1.25 Cr? And what about rental yield? Is it genuinely liquid for resale, or does it just sit? Need to know if the premium is justified for a long-term hold.

Eldeco Golf View Apartments — everyone says completed projects are 'safe' for investment, but is it really? With ₹1.25 Cr+ for a finished flat, I'm skeptical about the actual capital appreciation potential now. What's the real rental yield like? Matlab, will it even cover EMI? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Seems like the upside is gone. Change my mind.
