Eldeco Swagatam and The Studio -- has anyone seen consistent delays? I'm tracking Noida Extension projects, and the data shows Eldeco's RERA dates often get pushed. Honestly not sure if it's just COVID backlog or something else. From my experience, on-time delivery impacts resale value big time. Also, maintenance charges post-possession -- are they reasonable?
