Eldeco Riviera: Great for families or just expensive hype?

₹1.45 Cr for a 3BHK at Eldeco Riviera — everyone talks about its prime location and 'ready to move' status, but I'm not sure it's the great family home people claim. My wife's priority is the kids' school admission, aur aas paas ke schools ka real feedback kya hai? The amenities look good on paper, but are they actually useful day-to-day, ya sirf show-off ke liye hain? I'm worried about the society vibe; is it genuinely friendly for kids or more isolated? Noise levels ka kya scene hai? We need a place jo safe ho aur jahan community ho, not just a flat. Mujhe lagta hai log isko over-glamorise karte hain. Is it really a good place to live long-term with growing children? Change my mind.
