Is Eldeco Riviera actually as good for daily living as it seems when you pay 1.2-1.6 Cr? We just got possession in March and moved in last month. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the real community vibe here. Are people generally friendly, or is it a bit isolated? Not sure if it's just us adjusting. What's the deal with schools nearby – any specific ones residents actually recommend for kids? And for groceries, is it genuinely convenient? Things look great on paper, but I'm keen to hear first-hand experiences from longer-term residents. What's your take on the overall livability and neighbourhood quality here?

1.2-1.6 Cr for a project from 2011? Bhai, that's a lot for an old project. Amenities well-maintained hain kya? I'm looking at options in Alpha II, and even newer ones there seem more value for money.
