Eldeco Riviera: What's the resale reality?
Eldeco Riviera — just got possession of my 2BHK back in March, finally moved in last month. The search was crazy, almost went with an under-construction project, but the delivery track record of some builders scared me off. Decided ready-to-move was safer, even if it meant a slightly higher upfront cost. My current concern is the actual rental yield. Brokers quoted some numbers but what are people *really* getting for a 2BHK here? Also, how liquid is the resale market? I'm thinking long-term, maybe 5-7 years, but don't want to get stuck if I need to exit. Sometimes it feels a bit empty, making me wonder about the investor vs. end-user ratio. Is it just me, or does anyone else worry about this turning into a ghost society eventually? Any first-hand experiences on reselling or actual rental income would be super helpful.
