Eldeco Swagatam buyers, wanna share your experience?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm super frustrated with Eldeco Group right now. Just moved into Eldeco Swagatam last month and the finishing is just... pathetic. Paint is already peeling in some places, and I can see cracks in the walls. I mean, seriously? They promised a premium living experience. It's anything but. Aur suno, the PLC charges were insane! Things nobody told me before possession. I paid almost 2 lakh extra. Itna toh maine socha bhi nahi tha. I'm hearing similar things from others here. Also, the RWA formation is still pending. Who else is facing these issues? What did you guys do about it? What can I do?
