Eldeco Swagatam mein flats dekh raha hu. My wife's priority is safety. But I've heard mixed reviews about Eldeco Group. Kisi ko on-time delivery ka issue toh nahi hua? And construction quality kaisi hai, matlab koi major problems toh nahi? What does the community think?
