Eldeco Swagatam or The Studio? Noida mein confusion!

Need to decide soon. Kids' school admission is getting closer! Eldeco Swagatam suna hai... anyone bought there? How was the possession experience, honestly? And The Studio...my wife's priority is a safe, gated community. Any feedback on construction quality in Eldeco projects? Is it worth the price?
