Eldeco Swagatam or The Studio, which is better for seniors?

Kids have moved out, and selling my big house soon. I'm looking for a compact 2BHK in Noida, something manageable, with a lift. Resale se jo paise aayenge, usse hi lena hai. Eldeco Swagatam and The Studio are both in my budget. Swagatam looks better on paper, but I've heard mixed things about post-possession maintenance charges. The Studio is smaller, but maybe easier to manage? I'm honestly not sure about Eldeco's on-time delivery record. Kisi ko experience hai? Which one would you pick keeping in mind low maintenance and proximity to a good hospital? Kya lagta hai, which one is a better investment for senior citizens like me?
