Eldeco Swagatam or The Studio? Which one to pick?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Eldeco Swagatam is tempting, but heard some stories about hidden charges during possession. The Studio seems nice, but the carpet area is less. Anyone faced issues with Eldeco's customer support after booking in either project? Is the price jump worth it for Swagatam's bigger space, considering the potential for extra costs? Which would you pick, considering the resale value down the line? What does the community think?
