Eldeco Swagatam possession delayed – anyone else facing this?

Okay I'm finally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again! I booked a flat in Eldeco Swagatam. Possession was promised last year. Abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Customer support is useless; they don't even pick up the phone properly. Honestly not sure what to do. Anyone else facing massive delays with Eldeco? Should I just cancel and lose the booking amount? Or is there any hope? Kya karu yaar?
