Eldeco Swagatam: The hidden cost they don't tell you

Okay I'll be honest - Eldeco Swagatam looked amazing on paper, but the actual handover was a shock. Just moved in last month. They hit us with crazy PLC charges. Matlab, nobody told us about this before. Eldeco The Studio owners, did you face similar issues? Construction quality is decent, but I'm worried about resale value now. Should I have gone with someone else? Change my mind. What are your experiences?
