Eldeco Swagatam vs VRSA Ultima: Which one's better really?
60 lakh vs 80 lakh...is Eldeco Swagatam worth the extra cash over VRSA The Ultima Heights? Need at least a 3BHK, and my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Has anyone compared the actual carpet area? Brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhata hai. VRSA is ready to move, which is a plus, but Eldeco ka builder reputation kaisa hai? Should I be worried about extra hidden costs with either project? Any advice?

Meri friend ne Eldeco Swagatam mein liya tha, unko maintenance charges, parking fees, society transfer fee... sab milakar itna extra laga tha ki budget pura hil gaya. VRSA ka pata nahi, but new projects mein often ye sab pehle se clear hota hai. Eldeco Swagatam ka RERA UPRERAPRJ1916 hai na? Usmein details mil jayengi but for an old project, it's more about resale now.

Safety ke liye Eldeco better ho sakta hai, ek established society hai, kids ke liye playground wagera sab set hoga. Hidden costs toh sab jagah hote hain, but Eldeco thoda transparent rehta hai generally.

VRSA 80 lakh hai, ready to move hai, sounds better in terms of value. Carpet area ka bhi issue hoga, purane projects mein aksar kam hota hai as per new RERA norms.
