Bhai, same situation! Eldeco ka price sunke toh dimaag ghoom gaya. But Lotus Zing ready to move hai, that's a huge plus for EMI-conscious people like us. Kya hidden charges bhi hote hain Eldeco mein?

Haan bhai, hidden charges toh har project mein hote hain, registration, stamp duty, maintenance advance. Eldeco mein toh club membership, power backup installation charges bhi alag se hote hain. 1.3 Cr is just the base price, upar se 10
