Eldeco WOW 3BHK: Value for money near Jewar?

Mujhe Eldeco WOW ke pricing par aapki rai chahiye. Ek video dekha jismein 3BHK flats under 1.5 Cr dikha rahe hain Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway par. They're saying it's just 10 min from Noida Airport aur 80% open area hai. Honestly, not sure if this price is justified for that location, even with the airport nearby. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh value for money deal hai?
