Eldeco's construction quality is a gamble in Noida

₹1.5 crore budget for a 3BHK near a good school for the kids. My wife's priority is a safe complex. Eldeco Swagatam looked promising. But after visiting a friend who owns there, I'm worried. Seen some plaster cracks already. Is Eldeco's build quality consistently bad? Or was it just that one flat? Should I look at other builders? Honestly not sure if it's worth the risk even if the price is right.
