Eldeco's hidden charges at possession are insane.

₹15 lakhs extra at possession — seriously considering cancelling my Eldeco Swagatam booking. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading, but is the price jump worth it if they pull these stunts? Heard Eldeco's construction quality is alright, but these hidden charges are killing me. Anyone else faced similar issues? My budget is around 1.8Cr, and I already have a home loan, so cancellation is a big hassle. Honestly not sure if I should just stick with my current place. Anyone have experience with their refund process? It's supposed to be RERA compliant, but still...
