Electronic City mein Keya Homes ka project dekh raha hoon, 2BHK around ₹85 lakhs quote kiya hai. Builder ka representative bolta hai ki ye toh base price hai, uske upar registration, stamp duty, GST, phir PLC, floor rise... itna sab add ho jaata hai. Suna hai ki builders possession ke time aur bhi charges daal dete hain, like maintenance advance for years, club membership, transformer charges. Is this true for Bengaluru projects? Kitna extra expect karna chahiye total mein? Like, ₹85L ke upar aur kitna add hoga? Also, construction-linked payment plan better hai ya one-shot down payment? My parents are saying down payment mein discounts milte hain. Any experiences with Keya Homes ya Electronic City mein?

Bhai, ye toh bilkul sach hai. Builders ka standard tactic hai. ₹85L toh sirf trailer hai, picture abhi baaki hai mere dost! Electronic City mein toh aur bhi zyada dikkat hai because of the demand. Mere ek dost ne Adigara Kallahalli mein liya tha, uska bhi final cost 15-20% upar chala gaya tha. It's a common issue in Bangalore.
