Electronic City investments: Are we past the sweet spot?

Spent the last few weekends deep diving into Bangalore's property market online from Dubai. Electronic City Phase II mein kaafi projects interesting lage, especially for investment. I'm looking for a decent ROI, but seeing the price movement over the past year, I'm wondering if the current rates are already peaked. Is it still a good time to buy there, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? Being overseas, physical site inspections nahi ho paati, so community ka ground reality feedback bahut valuable hai. Also, legal clarity aur property management set up karna without being there is a big concern. Any advice on good property management services or how to handle power of attorney safely?
