Electronic City Phase 2 mein finally settle ho gaya hoon, just moved into my new flat last month. Now my brother, who's an NRI, wants to invest in Bengaluru too but can't visit. Is buying property here completely remotely actually safe? Like, for Prestige Group or Godrej Properties, unka process kya rehta hai for NRI buyers from abroad? Should he wait ya take the plunge? Legal checks and documents ka kya scene hai when you're not physically present? Any firsthand experience with this?

Yaar, remote purchase ka idea hi sunke darr lag raha hai. Mera toh yahan aake bhi paperwork mein jaan nikal gayi. Agar bhai visit nahi kar sakta toh legal checks aur documentation kaise manage karega? Power of Attorney se bhi kitna trust kar sakte hain kisi ko? Especially for big builders like Prestige or Godrej, unka process kya rehta hai NRI buyers ke liye jo physically present nahi hain? Koi first-hand experience share karo please.
