Okay I'll be honest — the premium for a 3BHK or villa in Bangalore seems insane right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, maybe a project like Prestige City. But for investors, is the water supply reliable or is it constant tanker dependency? Also, what's the real deal with elevator quality and maintenance response times? These things impact tenant satisfaction and long-term value, right? Not sure if the price jump is justified if basic utilities aren't solid. Any experiences?

Absolutely! I've been eyeing Prestige City too for an upgrade from my 2BHK. But the water situation is my biggest worry. Heard stories about societies in East Bangalore facing huge tanker bills. For a project with ₹45 L – ₹1.6 Cr range, you'd expect basic utilities to be top-notch, right? This is why I'm so hesitant about the price jump.
Sahi kaha! Elevator breakdowns are a nightmare. Maintenance takes ages.
