₹30 lakh for a compact 2BHK at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone felt like a fair deal for downsizing, but the reality is hitting hard. My wife and I sold our big house, thinking a smaller flat would mean less headache. But the elevator is constantly breaking down, and common area maintenance charges are way higher than what they showed in the brochure. We specifically asked about these things before buying. It feels like a bait and switch. Did anyone else move into Ansal Aastha and face similar hidden costs or amenity issues? What did you do?

Totally relate to this bait and switch feeling. My brother booked in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone too, got possession in June 2022 as per RERA UPRERAPRJ5670. He's also facing elevator breakdowns and increased maintenance. They promised a certain per sq ft rate for maintenance, but now it's almost double. He tried complaining to the builder, but no solid resolution. What's the point of RERA if builders can just get away with this?
RERA mein
RERA mein complaint file kiya kya aapke bhai ne? Kya hua uska?
Ansal ka track record toh waise bhi mixed hai. But ₹30 lakh for a compact 2BHK in 2022, sounds about right for the market then. But amenities ka issue toh serious hai. Did you check the RERA documents thoroughly before signing?
Yaar, same pinch! Hum bhi Ansal ke ek project mein dekh rahe the Noida mein, aur yeh sunke toh darr lag raha hai. Builder log aise hi karte hain kya hamesha?
Exactly! They show you one picture, and the reality is totally different. We sold our ancestral property for a peaceful life, not this daily struggle. Yeh Ansal Aastha ka toh naam hi kharab hai sunke.
Bhai, bilkul! Mere friend ne Krishna Kunj mein liya tha, same story. Maintenance charges आसमान छू रहे hain.
