Elevator maintenance is a hidden headache

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this. After 2.5 years in my 2BHK, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. I visited Sattva Lake Ridge recently. Builder toh achha lag raha tha but I'm worried about elevator maintenance. Current flat mein lift ka issue bahut rehta hai. Kya yahaan bhi same scene hai? How's the response time for issues? Kids ke play area ka bhi batao, is it actually usable ya bas show-off ke liye hai? Price jump worth it hai kya?
