Resale of our existing property is almost done, and now we're seriously looking for a smaller flat, maybe in Maitri Apartments or similar in New Delhi. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place. My main concern is the actual elevator quality and maintenance response time. Are they reliable, or do they break down often? Also, what's the real story on maintenance charges versus the service quality for common areas? Don't want to pay high charges for poor service, especially with old parents. Any experiences with seepage or fitting issues after a year?
