Kya aapko lagta hai Greater Noida West mein yeh rate future mein achha ROI dega? Ya too high hai abhi?

Honestly, 2.10 Cr is a bit much for an 'upcoming' project. Jab tak project complete nahi hota, there's always a risk. I’d rather put that money in a slightly older, but well-established society in ETA 2 or Godrej Golf Links. The peace of mind is worth more than a potentially higher ROI that might or might not happen.

As a first-time buyer, 2.10 Cr is a huge amount. I mean, my entire life savings would go into the down payment! I'm more inclined towards projects that are closer to possession or already ready. I saw some flats in Ansal Golf Links 1 which were slightly cheaper. Delayed possession is my biggest fear.

EMI bhi bharte raho aur rent bhi dete raho, itna burden ho jata hai. Elite X ka 2028 possession date sounds far, but if they stick to it, it might be okay. But that's a big 'if'.
