Elite X vs Nimbus Hyde Park: Which Noida project?

Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Elite X looks fancy, but Nimbus The Hyde Park is ready to move. Is it worth paying extra for Elite X's amenities? Or should I go for the ready possession of Nimbus? What do you think, guys?

Bhai, upcoming projects se bachke raho! Builders ki dates pe bharosa nahi hota. Nimbus RTM hai, wohi better hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai, builders ka track record toh sabko pata hai. But Elite X ki amenities aur location kaafi tempting hain. Kya Nimbus mein bhi similar facilities hain? Ya fir woh bas basic apartments hain?
