Elm Park Whitefield: Connectivity aur amenities kaise hain?

Hey everyone, just found this video about Prestige Elm Park in Whitefield. Looks like a nice 3/4 BHK project, G+17 type. Location Whitefield hai, opposite Mayberry. Video mein connectivity ya nearby amenities ke baare mein zyada info nahi hai. But for a Prestige project, I'm hoping metro access aur good schools/hospitals paas mein honge. Kya Whitefield ka infrastructure sach mein itna solid hai abhi? Jo log udhar rehte hain, batao na, is it worth considering just for the location?

Yaar, ye Prestige Elm Park Whitefield mein looks amazing in the video! But for first-time buyers like us, budget bhi dekhna padta hai. Price range ₹2.8 Cr – ₹4.0 Cr dikh raha hai, which is quite high. Kya Prestige project mein price vs value ka kya scene hai? Aur Whitefield ki connectivity ko lekar bahut mixed reviews suni hain, especially traffic. Koi batao na, is it really worth investing this much just for the Prestige tag and Whitefield location?
