Just got news on our Emaar Amaris booking, delay hone wala hai. Kids ke school ka tension hai. RERA mein complain karein toh kuch hoga? Mohali mein builder default pe legal options kya hain?

Sach mein, kids ke school ka tension alag hi level ka hota hai. First step toh yahi hai ki builder se written communication mango delay ka reason aur revised possession date ke saath. RERA status check karna bahut zaroori hai. Agar builder naya hai aur projects 0 dikha raha hai, toh ho sakta hai abhi tak registration hi na hua ho, ya under process ho. Pehle woh confirm karo. Uske baad hi legal advice lena sahi rahega. Don't lose hope, but be prepared for a long fight.

Meri bhi same kahani hai Baliawas mein. Ek naye builder ne promise kiya tha ki 2 saal mein possession dega, 4 saal ho gaye abhi tak foundation bhi poora nahi hua. Kids ka school change karna pada. Builder se baat karte ho toh bas naye dates dete rehte hain. Lesson learned: always check builder's past projects, financial stability, and RERA registration status thoroughly. Never trust verbal commitments.
