Did a site visit to Emaar Amaris yesterday. I'm so fed up of renting, ready to buy. The sales team made maintenance charges sound okay, but what's the reality? Are the promised amenities actually usable daily, or just for show? My landlord raised rent again, so I need to make the EMI count. Any real resident feedback?
