Emaar Amaris Sector 62: Real Connectivity & Amenities?
Just watched the Emaar Amaris moodfilm for Sector 62, Golf Course Extn. They talk a lot about luxury and eco-living. I'm wondering about the actual connectivity there. Is metro access really easy? How's the expressway link for daily commute? Also, for a family, are there good schools or hospitals nearby, or is it still developing? What about the clubhouse amenities shown, do they live up to the hype?

Anyone know about the actual construction status? Is it really moving fast? Sometimes builders show fancy renders but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. I'm worried about my investment being stuck for years, especially with the current market conditions. Gurugram mein inventory toh bahut hai, but good projects are hard to find.
Mujhe toh lagta hai Gurugram mein ab har naya project 'luxury' hi hota hai. But the actual quality sometimes doesn't match the price. I visited a friend near Badshahpur, and the infrastructure there is still catching up. Sector 62 is better, but still, Emaar ka past record bhi dekh lo.
I checked the RERA number: GGM/885/617/2024/112. At least it's registered. But this 'luxury' tag always makes me nervous. Does it mean higher maintenance charges later? And with 522 units, will the amenities be overcrowded?
The moodfilm was so good, I got completely hooked! The eco-living concept sounds amazing. But are those clubhouse amenities and green spaces actually delivered like they show? And for families, schools aur hospitals ka kya hai wahan? Is the area developed enough for daily needs ya sab kuch door hai?
Yeah, what U6 said. For hospitals, Medanta ya Artemis jaane mein time lagta hai. Connectivity is improving, but still, daily commute for schools and hospitals can be a pain. Plus, the expressway link is great, but peak hours mein traffic jam toh hota hi hai.
Amenities ka toh pata nahi, but schools aur hospitals ki problem hai. Sector 62 se acche schools thode door padte hain, especially if you're looking for top-tier ones. You'll probably have to travel towards Golf Course Road or even deeper into Gurugram.
Yaar, this Emaar Amaris looks fancy in the moodfilm, but 3.7 Cr minimum? For a first-time buyer like me, it's a huge jump. Is this price point even justified for Sector 62, considering how far it feels from the main city buzz? I'm worried about the resale value later if the connectivity isn't superb.
Ha yaar, possession date toh bahut door hai. Aur connectivity ka kya scene hai? Metro access sach mein easy hai ya sirf ads mein dikhate hain? Golf Course Extension par traffic ka kya haal rehta hai?
Bhai, price toh theek hai, but possession date dekho. 2030-08-01! Itna lamba wait time, aur delays ka toh darr laga rehta hai builders ke saath. Emaar ka track record kaisa hai delays ke mamle mein?
Totally agree with U1. 3.7 Cr se 6.3 Cr is a lot for a first home. Mera budget toh hil gaya dekh kar. Is it really worth stretching so much?
