Wow, just saw a walkthrough video for Emaar Business District 83 in New Gurgaon. It's on NH48, looks pretty good for an SCO project. But honestly, the pricing mentioned in the video felt a bit steep. For SCO plots, especially in that part of Gurugram, I'm not sure if the value-for-money is there. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh rates justified hain? Anyone thinking of investing here, ya already visited?

₹3.75 Cr for Emaar Business District 83. Is it genuinely a family home? We need good school access and daily life quality for kids. Or is it just good on paper? Change my mind.
