Honestly, Emaar Business District 99 Nxt sounds good on paper, but the price point is just too much for me. I'm looking for something more in the ₹1-2 Cr range for an SCO or a small commercial space. Maybe Baharampur Naya ya Basai side mein kuch options milenge. Gurugram ka commercial market ab sirf high-end investors ke liye hai kya?
Bhai log, Emaar ka naam toh bada hai but inki delivery dates kaafi extend hoti hain sometimes. Mera ek friend Emaar ke ek residential project mein phansa tha, 2 saal late mila possession. 2026-08-01 ki possession date hai, but kya yeh guarantee hai? First-time buyer ke liye time par possession bahut important hai.
