Visited Emaar Business District Next 114 last Saturday and honestly, I'm a bit confused. It's an upcoming project in Sector 114, looks good on paper, but I'm thinking about daily life. Kya yeh sach mein good to live in hoga, ya just good on brochure? For amenities, they showed a lot, but konsi amenities actually useful hoti hain? Like those fancy clubhouses, are they really used or just for show? My parents keep saying neighbourhood is super important for family. Nearby schools aur hospitals kaise hain? Also, commute from there to Cyber City will be a major factor for me. I'm a first-time buyer, so thoda nervous hoon. Any real-life experiences or advice on upcoming projects like this? What should I be looking out for beyond the glossy presentations...?
