Emaar CG Village: Possession dates realistic lagte hain?

Has anyone checked out the Emaar Commonwealth Games Village video? Showing a 4BHK there. Looks nice, but I'm concerned about the possession timelines. Video mein toh kuch nahi bataya specific date. Emaar ka track record Delhi NCR mein kaisa hai? Are they usually on time, ya delays hote hain? I'm planning to invest, but thoda darr lag raha hai. Any experience with Emaar projects and their actual delivery dates? Mujhe pata chahiye.

Yaar, Emaar CG Village ka video toh maine bhi dekha. Bahut swanky lag raha hai, no doubt. But the possession date thing is a huge red flag for me. Delhi NCR mein Emaar ka track record hamesha se thoda shaky raha hai. Kaafi delays sune hain, especially with their older projects. Kya ye naya phase hai ya purana project hai jisko re-market kar rahe hain?
