Months I've been eyeing Emaar Commonwealth Games Village for a 3BHK upgrade. ₹8.5 Cr mein capital appreciation aur rental yield kaisa hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai for this price point? I need solid ROI, especially since it's a huge commitment for a first-time buyer like me. Kisi ne recent dealings kiye hain wahan? What's the ground reality now that it's been completed for so long (since 2011)?
