Emaar CWG Village mess - worth buying now?

Guys, dekha kya? Found this old video talking about the Emaar CWG Village issue back in the day. Government freezing their accounts and all. Does anyone know if all that's sorted now? I'm looking to buy property in Delhi, and the prices there seem good, but thoda dar lag raha hai after seeing this. What's your take?

Yaar, you're not wrong to be scared. That Emaar CWG issue was huge news back then. My uncle almost invested in another Emaar project around that time and pulled out because of the uncertainty. It really tarnished their reputation for a while. Prices might look good but safety first, right?

I understand your apprehension. While Emaar did have a shaky past with the CWG project, it's important to differentiate between a project that was completed and delivered, and ongoing projects. This one is done and dusted
