Emaar Emerald Floors visit – my honest questions
Did a site visit to Emaar Emerald Floors last week. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are finally selling our big house. Don't need such a huge place anymore, want something manageable, especially with the resale of our existing property. The flats seemed okay, but I'm really wondering about the actual daily living experience. Is it genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Specifically, what are the maintenance charges like? The broker mentioned a figure, but I'm not sure if that's the real monthly bill. Also, for residents, which amenities are actually useful? We're looking for a peaceful society with good hospital access. Any current residents can share their honest opinion on the community vibe?
